Pre-Listing Inspection
If you are listing your home on the market and would like to have its condition assessed beforehand, Stuart Rush Home Inspections is here to help. Getting your home inspected before you list it for sale can help speed up the sales process and help you avoid any unexpected surprises.. A pre-listing home inspection will allow you to get a better picture about the condition of your house – including any problems that may derail a sale. It can give you a chance to address and fix any major issues, and the information you gain from the inspection will be useful in pricing your home.
11-Month Warranty Inspections
A warranty inspection is generally completed at the 11 month of your first year of ownership. This will help to identify anything that has changed in the first year of home ownership and alert the builder to needed repairs. A lot can happen in a year. This is typically your final chance to document and request repair for any defects or items that may need correction prior to your warranty expiring.
